ABOUT ME
I am Giorgia Peritore, a fashion designer and technical designer with a passion for creating designs that tell stories and inspire innovation. I hold a degree in Fashion Design from Polimoda in Florence and a specialization in Fashion Product & Merchandising Management from IED Moda in Milan.Currently, I work as a freelancer, collaborating with international brands ranging from established companies to startups. This career path allows me to embrace diverse styles and cultures, constantly pushing me to innovate and grow professionally.After completing my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to work with the renowned Cataldi Studio on the Gold Label collections of Vivienne Westwood, my lifelong muse. This experience profoundly shaped my vision of fashion and my stylistic philosophy, teaching me that fashion is a tool for expression, identity, and change.To deepen my industry knowledge, I worked as a fashion merchandiser in prestigious retail stores, gaining valuable insights into consumer behavior and sales strategies. This experience taught me to create designs that truly resonate with diverse audiences.
Fashion is not just about trends or clothing—it’s a powerful tool to challenge norms, tell stories, and drive change. My designs are born from a deep belief that creativity can break boundaries and build a better future.
From my homeland—a place of untapped potential and rich cultural heritage—I strive to challenge expectations and redefine what fashion can achieve. In a region where opportunities are scarce, support for this industry is limited, and infrastructures are lacking, I aim to prove that creativity and innovation can overcome any obstacle. With every piece I create, I show that great ideas can thrive, even where they are least expected.

Creative Studio
My studio begins with a creative hub: the Design Office. Here, I am working on designing my own brand, bringing my vision to life through creativity and innovation. Alongside this, I collaborate with clients to bring their collections to life, starting from the initial vision. From sketches to moodboards, fabric and raw material selection, I work side-by-side with brands to develop their unique narratives.Creatively, I bring ideas to life, developing collections and concepts. Then, using graphic design programs, I create technical drawings and tech packs that serve as the foundation for the physical production of garments. My work ensures that every detail, from design to production, is meticulously documented and ready for realization.
Cut & Sew Lab
Beyond the creative desk lies the hands-on heart of my studio: the Cut and Sew Lab. Here, creative ideas transform into tangible garments. This small laboratory is where I draft patterns, experiment with different techniques, and create high-quality samples—all proudly made in Italy.It is also in this space that I study and refine my craft daily, striving to deliver exceptional sample pieces that reflect my commitment to quality and Italian craftsmanship. This laboratory is where I will soon bring my own collection to life, giving shape to the vision I’ve carried for years.

This studio, based in Sicily, is not just a workplace—it's a symbol of my vision for the future. I want it to be the first step in creating a fashion hub in this land, where opportunities for professionals in the fashion industry are abundant. Through my work, I aim to show that Sicily can be a thriving center for creativity and innovation in fashion.By embracing technology and connecting with the global fashion world, my goal is to offer opportunities to other professionals who wish to work in this industry, proving that it is possible to build a successful career in fashion from here.
